ABOUT: "MISSION IMPROVable" will deliver an improv comedy show driven by audience participation. ABOUT: Fine Line Creative Arts Center's "Uncommon Threads" fashion show luncheon will feature a juried boutique, luncheon, raffles and 1 p.m. fashion show. The event will benefit Fine Line, a nonprofit art school offering classes for adults in fine arts and crafts.

ABOUT: Water Street Studios will display works by noted regional artists Michael Noland and David Richards in an exhibit titled “Extravagant Nature.” Noland’s paintings evoke the art of indigenous cultures and reflect his interest in the natural world of insects, animals, plants and flowers. Richards' collaged abstract reliefs combine organic, mechanical and geometric forms. Upstairs at the Kane County Chronicle Gallery will be glass works by resident artist Victoria Belz.
