Christmas decorations reported stolen in Geneva

GENEVA – In the days before Christmas, plastic decorations were reported stolen from three front yards in Geneva, according to police reports.

The first two thefts were on Dec. 23. A white plastic sheep that lights up, valued at $10, was taken from the front yard of a house in the 600 block of Oakwood Drive, and two 2.5-foot-high fake trees, valued at $30 each, were taken from a yard in the 600 block of Green Meadow Lane, reports stated.

The third theft occurred Dec. 24. A 5-foot-5-inch white plastic snowman, valued at $80, was taken from a yard in the 600 block of Green Meadow Lane, reports stated.
