Charges filed in Kane County

• A resident of the 5N000 block of Prairie Lakes Boulevard, Campton Township, reported May 30 that her former boyfriend had posted a nude photo of her on his Twitter account. They dated from June 2016 until March this year when they broke up and she alleged that he has harassed her ever since, reports stated. When deputies called her ex-boyfriend, he first denied that he had a Twitter account, then agreed to take it down, reports stated. The victim told police she would seek to reinstate an order of protection and sign a complaint against him, reports stated.

• Courtney M. Everhardus, 20, of the 6N000 block of Riverside Drive, St. Charles Township, was charged May 23 with domestic battery.

• Alex Garcia, 40, of the 200 block of Williams Street, Aurora, was charged May 24 with possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was also arrested on a Kane County warrant for contempt of court.

• Jason L. Pawlicki, 45, of the 3000 block of Longwood Lane, Aurora, was charged May 24 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, leaving the scene of an accident, not stopping at a stop sign or yield sign and driving without insurance.
