• April L. Allen, 36, of the 1400 block of Joshel Court, Geneva, was charged April 30 with criminal damage to property. Watch Commander of Investigations Eric Blowers said it was a domestic-related incident. According to a police report obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, Allen allegedly broke the driver’s side glass window of a 2006 white Ford Econoline Van parked at a residence on Lake Street in Batavia. Blowers said no one was in the van at the time the window was broken.

• A concrete saw valued at $1,200 was reported stolen May 7 from FlagSource, 951 Swanson Drive.

• A video game system valued at $350 was reported stolen May 7 from an apartment in the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle. Also reported stolen was a Snoopy jewelry charm valued at $100, reports stated.

• Dana C. Hamilton, 21, of the 300 block of Chesapeake Lane, Bloomingdale, was charged May 8 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and improper lane use.

• Packages valued at less than $500 were reported stolen May 8 from a mailbox in the 100 block of Pitz Lane.

• Po Po, 36, of the 900 block of First Street, Batavia, was charged May 2 with riving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and driving without headlights when required.

• A lift gate valued at $1,500 was reported stolen from a vehicle May 2 at DS Containers, 1789 Hubbard Ave.

• A curling iron and attachments valued at $50 were reported stolen May 3 from a house in the 700 block of Houston Street.

• An air tow, flatbed trailer and leaf blower valued at $3,700 were reported stolen May 1 from Seal Coat Solutions, 575 S. River St.

• A couch was reported illegally dumped May 1 in the parking lot at Batavia Liquor, 1804 Mill St.

• Belinda Rivera, 34, of the 1800 block of Stephen Drive, Montgomery, was charged April 24 with retail theft.
