• Michelle J. Montee, 49, of the 100 block of Spring Street, Batavia, was charged Jan. 26 with theft of $163 in cash and tips from Riverside Pizza and Pub, 142 W. Wilson St. The cash was found folded in the left side of her bra, according to police reports.
• A Gramin Fenix 62 Multisport GPS watch with an estimated value of $600 was reported stolen Jan. 26 from someone in the 1800 block of Wagner Road. The police report stated there was fraudulent activity on the victim’s Visa banking card. No further information was provided. According to an email from police, this is an active and ongoing investigation.
• A 79-year-old woman at Michaelsen Health Center, 831 N. Batavia Ave., reported on Jan. 24 that she had a loss of $500 to $600 because of fraudulent use of her credit/debit card.
